When customers call to purchase custom flash drives, one of the first questions we ask them is; “what are you buying these for?” Typically, we hear “school functions,” “business promotions,” or “tradeshows.” We love to hear these answers, as it means your business, and ours is growing. Every now and then though, we hear something out of the ordinary. Ensure Your Business Card Doesn't End Up In The Trash

At a bar, at a club, out to dinner, or hanging out with friends at the park, we always try to keep our eyes open for new customers or perspective clients. This is probably the most essential technique to have in business; the ability to sell oneself and one’s business. The first step in attempting to sell anything is of course, having the confidence to talk to a stranger. The second is knowing your product or service inside and out. However, closing the deal is always a lot trickier than it seems. In the past, a snappy and colorful business card would have done the trick. Small paper cut outs stamped with your company name, your name, your email address, and some other funky attribute to it like a fun color or cut out, would grab anyone’s attention and be instantly pocketed. Unfortunately, interesting shapes and textures aren’t enough these days to really wow potential new clients.
